You need to go to some local forumotions and lookup naruto. Than affiliate with them and get some members. (I did it)

Also get a nice co.cc or a good subdomain. (PM me for hookup)

Later get a nice TLD. Top level domain.

Yup It kinda works (Somehow) That is how I found this site and I advertise my forum (didnt know it was against the rules, but I did)
